R.I.P Frank Frazetta

I guess all of you heard the sad news, legendary artist Frank Frazetta passed away.
There are no words that could express Franks impact on Popculture and art in general. It has been said that one picture expresses more than a thousend words, and in Franks case you would probably need a billion words just to express how intense and vivid his artwork always was.

You will be missed Mr. Frazetta.

So viele Werke online und kein Comment drunter? Tz tz tz..
Das was du machst und durch deine Werke zum Ausdruck bringst fasziniert mich, aber das hörste ja von mir nicht zum ersten Mal.
Also wünsche dir noch viel Erfolg und hoffe dass dich deine Muse nicht verlässt ;)

It was while serving as man behind the counter of a downtown book store that Frank's riveting cover illustrations first galvanized my interest in the Conan franchise. As a former graphic artist I could only look and marvel at his creative greatness.
